I recommend that every frustrated Constitutionist and tax payer buy this book, read it and study it. The Constitution is not hard to read or understand; but the government seems to have a difficult time applying it correctly from day to day. We should be thankful for such great Founding Fathers who established 'We, The People's' Mission Statement taken from The Declaration of Independence that describes our enduring domestic purpose:

'We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed, by their Creator, with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.'

The practical application of this book review of Skousen's educated wisdom is to leverage "We, The People's" knowledge to easily expose ignorance, anarchy and tyranny, and hold the government accountable.
One of the problems of "We, The People" for understanding government processes and politics is that it moves slow and is nearly impossible to monitor the bills that pass through the legislative branches without personally studying each one of them in detail, and following them throughout the whole process, and watching the amendments as they go back and forth. Of course that implies that our representatives would actually read the bill! Then after expending all of this effort i.e. essentially being our own: representative, staff, media researcher, and press announcer with analytical communications back and forth to friends, we would be way over burdened. The purpose of this page is to develop a method of education by which to synthesize a lot of government policy or law down to the core Truths Of The Constitution. The proposal then is the application of "The Righteously Aggressive Constitutionist Index" i.e. "The RAC Index" developed below should make the communication task a lot easier. It would also expose compromises, amendments or clauses that are clearly unConsititutional.

God, People, things, God's created hierarchy.

As a brief precursor to the overview video below, it is convenient to show the godly and biblical structure that our founders embedded in our founding documents and in the design of our government. This pyramid picture recreated from a CrossExamined.org TV seminar gives inspiration to the essential and important "line of authority" for "The People's Law". It also explains the source for the "unalienable rights" that have never been so esteemed nor protected in all of history. These two ideas explain Skousen's subtitle: "A MIRACLE That Changed The World".

You might like to confirm that the Hebrew word for God is defined as The supreme God, magistrate [source] . And the book of Genesis implies that God created all of the "things" first to support and supply all of the needs of his crowning creation Adam and Eve i.e. People. So that People are to honor and obey God, are more important and more valuable than things; and, they are given the responsibility to take care of the "things" and to love their neighbor. You might also recall that government is a "thing". God has handed down his Natural Law and the Commandments for an ordered society. People are given the choice to trust and obey or not. Both the Natural Law and the Commandments Principles are embodied in The Constitution. The People voluntarily agree to be ruled under God's hierarchy and his "line of authority" which is the authority for "The People's Law" who elect representatives to carry out the duties of our government "thing". The National Motto is very appropriately: "In God We Trust". The default religion, i.e. the Christian Religion, of our country explains why the Founders wanted "The Five Fundamental Points" of religion taught in all public schools; and, why the immoral, anti-Constitutional mob minority wants it kept out of our failing public schools.
Consider now that the evil one wants to usurp God's authority and to be worshiped by people thereby displacing and demeaning God, as well as His Word, His righteousness, His Commandments and His morality. The devil lied to Eve and Adam so that they doubted God and they ate of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil [source]. Eve and Adam chose to sin which separated them from God and his love. After this God called the devil a "snake" i.e. a "thing". So we have the devil, a "thing", trying to elevate himself above Eve and Adam i.e. People by lying and hating people to death and eternally separating them from God. This is exactly upside down of God's hierarchy which is God to Adam and Eve to things. To leave lying and hating and come to God you must repent and trust Jesus, The Messiah, as your Lord and Savior. As mentioned, the duty of the government is to protect, from mobs, The People unalienable liberties given to all mankind by God. In the video link below you will see how foreign and domestic mobs seek to expel God and rebelliously wrench power and control over The People in order to take away all liberties, make The People slaves and victims of a hate filled mob government. Since the Supreme Court's activism removed Bible reading from all public schools on June 17, 1963 , we have had Years i.e. graduating classes without The Bible, and even indoctrinating evolution heresy and preventing any alternative creation discussion!! All of those graduating classes have been denied the history, the knowledge, the wisdom of The Bible and the brilliant research, the scholarly logic and higher criticism of our Founding Fathers that is essential to understanding the inspiration and motivation for the fundamental principles of The Constitution i.e."The People Law". What a continuing public education travesty; totally the responsibility of the mobsters in control of the last Supreme Court sessions! It's a war. As a group, the mobsters have a certain profile (see also Dinos and Rinos ). They are proficient liars who mock the truth who are intolerant haters ( "A lying tongue hates those it hurts," Proverbs 26:28a (NIV)). They are murderers ("Whoever hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him." (1 Jn 3:15(NKJV)) who also condone infanticide and other life terminating, abusive and victimizing policies. If you are in the camp of the liar, hater and murderer repent spiritually. Again, stop denying your lying, hating and murdering ways, accept God's eternal salvation plan. You must repent and trust Jesus, The Messiah, as your Lord and Savior. It shows graphically how the American Founders positioned the Federal Government in the center of the scale from ANARCHY (NO LAW) on the right to TYRANNY (RULER'S LAW i.e dictatorship) on the left. It also shows the 13 Colonial state governments just below the federal level; plus, the hierarchy of the governments all the way to the family.

"During the creation of the Constitution, James Madison proposed a 'separation of powers,' dividing the government into three separate branches - an idea that mirrored the three functions of governance ascribed to the Lord in Isaiah 33:22: 'For the Lord is our Judge [ judicial ], the Lord is our lawgiver [ legislative ], the Lord is our king [ executive ].' How does "The RAC Index" work? When you violate the principles of the left column, you turn toward tyranny. When you violate the principles on the right column, you turn toward anarchy. [Click links to see principles.]

Let's look at an application of "The RAC Index".

Every executive order, judicial decree, bureaucratic mandate, law, treaty or amendment can be RAC / WCS Indexed for superior scrutiny for preserving Constitutional authority.

1.) How can this be used to transmit the truth about treaties?

Ans. The RAC Index can be used to identify that the "UN Convention on the Rights of the Child" treaty (CRC) is invalid because it violates THE FREEDOM PRINCIPLES: -3., -4., -6., -7., -9., -10., -14. (where 'family' is property), -21., -25., and -26..= [ T(-10)]. And THE RELIGIOUS PRINCIPLES of The Fundamental Principles of The USA's default religion (-5) and The Unalienable Rights Principles: -1., -4., -5., -8., -13., -17., -18.= [A(-12)]. Therefore The RAC Index for the CRC Treaty would be additive [Tyranny violations T(-10) ] + [Anarchy violations A(-12) ] = -22. This implies that not only is the treaty invalid on any ONE COUNT but that it is terribly wrong on the -22 TOTAL violations !

One of the benefits of The RAC Index is that it helps focus on the truth and directs the reader, user and reformer in the direction of the Constitution - neither left nor right but 100% Constitutional.

2.) What would a 100% Pristine Constitutional executive order, judicial decree, bureaucratic mandate, law, treaty or amendment look like?

Ans. When The RAC Index numbers are added [ Tyranny(-0) ] + [ Anarchy(-0) ] and = 0, it means it's 100% Constitutional.

T(-0) + A(-0) = 0 = 100% Pristine Constitutional Policy. [Total Liberty Protections]. It can be used as a new way to gage the progress of The People's Reformation or of The Reformers For A Pristine Constitution.

It is interesting to note that when the Founders were struggling to create a unique government structure that they did such a miraculous job; but, when the 1930's Depression hit Roosevelt could only come up with leftist, socialist programs that for the most part fell short of the intended purpose and left us with failed, ingrained, bloated, money wasting, socialist bureaucracies that still do not work! The RAC Index can be used to publish terse information for reforming the past socialist policies and abort them so as to conform with The Original Intent of The Constitution.

THE 28 FREEDOM PRINCIPLES.
(Anti tyranny)

1. The only reliable basis for sound government and just human relations is Natural Law.
2. A free people cannot survive under a republican constitution unless they remain virtuous and morally strong.
3. The most promising method of securing a virtuous and morally stable people is to elect virtuous leaders.
4. Without [The Christian] religion the government of a free people cannot be maintained.
5. All things were created by God, therefore upon Him all mankind are equally dependent, and to Him they are equally responsible.
6. All men are created equal.
7. The proper role of government is to protect equal rights, not provide equal things.
8. Men are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights.
9. To protect man’s rights, God has revealed certain principles of divine law.
10. The God-given right to govern is vested in the sovereign authority of the whole people.
11. The majority of the people may alter or abolish a government which has become tyrannical.
12. The United States of America shall be a republic.
13. A constitution should be structured to permanently protect the people from the human frailties of their rulers.
14. Life and liberty are secure only so long as the right of property is secure
15. The highest level of prosperity occurs when there is a free market economy and a minimum of government regulations.
16. The government should be separated into three branches: legislative, executive, and judicial.
17. A system of checks and balances should be adopted to prevent the abuse of power.
18. The Unalienable Rights from the people are most likely to be preserved if the principles of government are set forth in a written constitution.
19. Only limited and carefully defined powers should be delegated to government, all others being retained in the people.
20. Efficiency and dispatch require government to operate according to the will of the majority, but constitutional provisions must be made to protect the rights of the minority.
21. Strong local self-government is the keystone to preserving human freedom.
22. A free people should be governed by law and not the whims of men.
23. A free society cannot survive as a republic without a broad program of general education.
24. A free people will not survive unless they stay strong.
25. "Peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations: entangling alliances with none."
26. The core unit which determines the strength of any society is the family; therefore, the government should foster and protect its integrity.
27. The burden of debt is as destructive to freedom as subjugation by conquest.
28. The United States has a manifest destiny to be an example and a blessing to the entire human race.

THE 27± RELIGIOUS PRINCIPLES.
(Anti anarchy)

The "Five Fundamental Points in ... " [the USA's default Christian] "religion", specifically for ordering government education, culture and policy.] [Principles: 1, 4(pg. 77), 9, 23, 28.]

1. There exists a Creator who made all things, and mankind should recognize and worship him.
2. The Creator has revealed a moral code of behavior for happy living which distinguishes right from wrong.
3. The Creator holds mankind responsible for the way they treat each other.
4. All mankind live beyond this life.
5. In the next life mankind are judged for their conduct in this one.

Some of The Unalienable Rights from the God of the USA's default religion. [Principle #8, pg. 125]
1. The right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
2. The right to self government.
3. The right to bear arms for self defense.
4. The right to own, develop, and dispose of property.
5. The right to make personal choices.
6. The right of free conscience.
7. The right to choose a profession.
8. The right to choose a mate.
9. The right to beget one's kind.
10. The right to assemble.
11. The right to petition.
12. The right to free speech.
13. The right to a free press.
14. The right to enjoy the fruits of one's labor.
15. The right to improve one's position through barter and sale.
16. The right to contrive and invent.
17. The right to explore the natural resources of the earth.
18. The right to privacy.
19. The right to provide personal security.
20. The right to provide nature's necessities -- air, food, water, clothing, and shelter.
21. The right to a fair trial.
22. The right of free association.
22. The right to contract.

There might be additional rights not enumerated here such as:
24. The right to just restitution.
25. The right to a secret ballot.
26. The right to secure borders.
