Outrageous Court
Decisions: ''The
Supreme Court has suggested a definition of outrageousness
as conduct that violates, 'that fundamental
fairness, shocking to the universal sense of justice,'
mandated by the Due Process Clause of the Fifth Amendment.''The Judicial Watch Verdict, Oct 2004, Volume 7,
Issue 10, page 7.

rights; it imposes no duties; affords no protection; it creates no
office; it is in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had

Methods of Removing State
Judges , http://www.ajs.org/ethics/eth_impeachement.asp
;
"A number of
methods have been established to remove state judges. Removal
methods
available in a specific state are typically set forth in the state’s
constitution. Most states employ some form of removal that
involves
the state’s highest court and the state’s judicial conduct
organization. Other methods include impeachment, legislative
address,
and recall election."

- Impeach
Judge Phyllis Hamilton , 9th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals
- [from VoicesHeard.org see petition link
below]
- San Francisco based federal Judge Phyllis
Hamilton, a lifetime appointee with a long history of being
anti-family, single handedly overturned the ban on Partial-Birth
Abortion. Despite passing overwhelmingly in both the House and Senate
and being signed into law by President George W. Bush, this single,
unelected judge has declared this law unconstitutional. Unfortunately
this is not the first time Judge Hamilton has issued a controversial
decision. In May she allowed two Gay men to sue an adoption
agency because it refused to give them a child. Last
December, she saw nothing wrong with compelling public school students
to spend two weeks learning about Islam. Among the required
activities was assuming a Muslim name and reciting Islamic
prayers. Imagine the outcry if Muslim students were required
to adopt Christian names and recite the Ten Commandments in public
schools! Join our call to Impeach Judge Hamilton.

- The activist judge, U.S. District Court Judge
Gary Lancaster sided with pornographers to the detriment of
America's women and children by dismissing federal obscenity charges
against Los Angeles-based Extreme Associates, makers of XXX videos with
scenes of rape and murder.
(Orlando, FL 11/25/08) Today,
Judge
Cindy S. Lederman,
a trial court judge in Miami has ruled that Florida’s law prohibiting
homosexuals from adopting children was unconstitutional justifying her
ruling under the “equal protection” clause of the Florida
Constitution. Judge Lederman ruled that the state had no
“rational basis” for denying homosexuals the ability to adopt children.
